22nd Amateur Theatre Festival from 13 to 28 January 2023 8 troupes over 3 consecutive weekends:
Friday 13 January - 8.30 pm "Toutes plumes dehors": lyrical farce by the troupe "La bergerie provisoire".
It's a revolution in the henhouse... The females demand equality! Deprived of their halves, the roosters are at the end of their tether; the warrior's rest is no longer an issue. Hard bread, soft words and bird names... A story of gallinaceous animals... a lyrical farce, played and sung, resolutely feminist. A reflection on the place of women in our society and their relationship with men.
Saturday 14 January - 8.30 pm "O net, O despair" by the "Santilly-sur-Scène" troupe
Here is a comedy that tackles certain current issues, such as the digital divide, the place of women in society and even the question of gender! Colourful characters hide a deeper malaise: the difficulty of ex-baby-boomers to adapt to a society that is changing their bearings, the turmoil of this generation that has seen technology advance faster than it. And a bias.... laugh!
Sunday 15 January - 3 pm "Elles le font!" by Hervé Bouard by the troupe "Les têtes l'Ouche
For the first time, a film festival on a theatre stage. Quality French cinema, simple, manual, ecological and above all women's cinema! Tired of these men's films where virility is only male, where female roles are only decorative. They told us they could do it, and they do it! It's time to revisit a small part of cinema history from a different angle. Go back to Frankenstein, Audiard's dialogues, spaghetti westerns, James Bond, OSS 117, the world of Kaamelott and other cinema moments revisited. Gentlemen, it's time to make way.
