  • tomatoes stuffed with Burgundy escargots, hot tomato gelee and flat-leaf parsley emulsion ;

  • Charolais beef paleron cooked till melting, Pinot noir juice with a vegetable pot-au-feu ;

  • trout cannelloni with crayfish, elianthis mousseline with Crémant de Bourgogne butter ;

  • crème brulee with Tonka beans, caramel mousse and pear sorbet.

The dining room is lit by a vast glass wall that opens out onto a natural setting. The decor is simple and uncluttered. Contemporary design is combined with the colour of the floor-tiles for a calm, almost zen, atmosphere.
