The dishes are well balanced, both in taste and in appearance. The chef’s ambition? To give people back a sense of what is true and what tastes good, through delicious recipes, such as:

  • Limousin lamb shoulder stuffed with cassis viennoise and Paimpol beans ;

  • caramel and salted butter Saint-Honoré, cabbage with chiboust cream and caramel croustille with short pastry and Madagacar vanilla ice cream.

Awarded a star in the Michelin Guide in 2009, Greuze is a good place to discover fine cuisine, with surprises, flavour and colour.
