It was in 1990 that Béatrice and Patrick GAUTHIER - both from Burgundy - opened the restaurant La Madeleine. Before returning to his native town, Chef Patrick GAUTHIER, who calls himself a "cook above all else", and whose culinary vocation was strongly influenced by his maternal grandmother, worked in Paris in establishments as varied as Lamazère, l'Atelier de Maître Albert, la Tour d'Argent and la Marée.
Always in search of good and beautiful products - especially when they are Burgundian - the Chef and his team suggest you take advantage of the comfort of the Madeleine, to taste some wines from the Icaune region (Chablis, Irancy, Sauvignon de St Bris, Chitry...) accompanying a cuisine carefully prepared with seasonal products, combining the classic with the taste of the day Enter La Madeleine, and take advantage of the word of mouth explained by the Chef to make new discoveries.
