  • stuffed quail with foie gras and his shallot tartlet;

  • Challans braised farmhouse duckling filet with a glazed Swede rosette and fine Swede purée;

  • Chablis andouillette on a timbale of potatoes;

  • tender pig cheek with Chardonnay and sage;

  • gingerbread and blackcurrant flavours.

To accompany these dishes, the wine list is made up of some 600 fine vintage wines, mostly drawn from Burgundy.

L’Auberge du Pot d’Étain is located in L’Isle-sur-Serein, 50km from Auxerre. This characteristic establishment is a former coaching inn, which has retained its old-world quality.

Inside, the three rooms retain a traditional design with Burgundian white stone walls, whilst the terrace welcomes you when the weather is fine.
