How wonderful is it to ride your bike along the peaceful cycle paths through a vineyard? From Santenay you can ride along the aptly named 'Voie des vignes' cycle path, and in autumn you'll see so much going on along this route while the grape harvest is underway.
Along your way, make sure you stop off to see the winegrowers, taste their delicious nectar (in moderation, especially if you're going to get back on your bike afterwards!), chat to them... This is Burgundy's version of La Dolce Vita!
