Isabelle MININI

Isabelle Minini was born in flowers, or almost, in any case, her first childhood memories take her back to her Burgundian countryside where the daisies were as high as her nose! This passionate, hard-working woman is a real star in her field. From her magical shop in the rue chaudronnerie, she regularly travels to distant countries to create floral decorations for desert princes, Indian palaces or luxury hotels on the Mediterranean coast.

Flowers are a real life choice for Isabelle. At the age of 18, on the day of her baccalaureate, she decided to register for the floristry CAP rather than take the exams. A passionate student and determined apprentice, she acquired experience and technique from the great masters, which enabled her to shine very quickly in the major international competitions, making her the second most successful florist in France! At the age of 22, she opened her first shop in Dijon, "Fiorella", in homage to her Italian roots.

At the age of 33 she won the gold medal in her category of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. At 36, she opened her new shop on rue chaudronnerie. "Isabelle explains: "Florist is a profession of emotion, our speciality is the work of the ephemeral.
