Marc JEUDY is the third generation of the profession and exhibits his photographic work in his gallery in Villecomte. By appointment, he offers visits of the gallery, his workshop and his laboratory!
He is one of the last to work according to the old technique of "metal turning". It consists in depositing metals on silver salts which react by colouring according to the dosage of metal. Gold gives shades of red and purple, silver shades of brown, and iron shades of blue and green. Colours produced by chemical reactions remain over time, unlike colours produced by dyes. This is why Mr JEUDY's prints are known and recognised in the Valley for their incomparable quality against the ravages of time.
