After a Master's degree in cookery at the Ritz Escoffier school, cookery courses at the Ritz in Paris, cookery courses in Florence at the Villa San Michele, numerous courses at the Paul Bocuse institute in Lyon and at Ducasse in Paris, Anna Marina PAGNOTTA welcomes you to her cookery courses at the Comédie du Vin.

For groups and individuals, a new theme is introduced each term, and in each class you'll prepare a starter, main course and dessert, finishing around the table to enjoy the fruits of your learning accompanied by a wine to suit the occasion.
