The programme: a sensory stroll to discover the secrets of the diversity of the plots of land in immersion in the crus of the Côte de Nuits. Then an explosion of flavours, you will be initiated to the sensory and geo-sensory tasting of 6 to 7 wines from the "villages" and "premiers crus" and "Grand cru" appellations with playful recognition of the aromas and flavours of the wine.

Themes covered: wine-growing landscapes (hillsides and combes), the vine (grape varieties, exposure, wine-growing soils), organic and biodynamic vine-growing, wine-making and maturing...
