Imagine a wild environment, forests and magnificent landscapes, a hiker's paradise, a hilly region of medium altitude, dotted with rivers and large lakes... You have arrived in the Morvan Natural Park. One of the most preserved lakes is undoubtedly that of Chaumeçon. Brassy, which shelters it, is a charming and dynamic village, with many shops in the centre of town around its church, and a strong tourist activity linked to hiking and the lake. Brassy is also a strong human community, where life is good.
The Centre is the former horse post office, transformed over the years into a hotel-restaurant, the Hôtel du Centre, renowned throughout the region.
This place, emblematic of the life of the village and full of history, has a real vocation of reception. This is now being taken up again with the opening of a gîte with 15 beds in 8 rooms, and 5 guest rooms, whether for a group gathering, a stopover, a weekend or a longer stay. All our rooms have a private bathroom and sanitary facilities.
On the ground floor: A large dining room of 50m², an adjoining semi-open equipped kitchen, a storeroom, sanitary facilities, a small laundry room, a large south-facing terrace with tables and armchairs.
On the first floor: A living room with a fireplace, a large games room with a library, board games and tables to play. 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, two doubles and one family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, view of the town centre and the church.
On the second floor: 3 single bedrooms, each with its own TV and shower room, 2 double bedrooms with shower room and bathroom, views over the countryside.
