Overlooking one of the locks of the Canal du Nivernais, 3 guest rooms are at your disposal on the first floor of a building dating from the 17th century, independent from the owners' house.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, allowing you to prepare your own meals.
An inner courtyard, shared with the inn, is also accessible.
With a total capacity of 8 people, it is possible to transform the guest rooms into a guest house by reserving the 3 rooms simultaneously.
At the junction of the Yonne River and the Canal du Nivernais, the village of Mailly-la-Ville enjoys a special location, associated with boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming or just walking. The river and the canal are therefore major tourist assets, especially as this privileged site backs onto the adjacent hillsides "Les Coûtas", formerly covered with vines which disappeared in the first half of the 20th century. These costas offer superb panoramas from the paths originating in the centre of the village.
