The house is totally atypical in its age, its architecture and its decoration, and should seduce the most curious. Non-standard, not classified except as a Historic Monument.
The Maison Sévigné is 550 years old with a sculpted wood façade. It has just benefited from a major restoration campaign thanks to the Stéphane BERN Mission / Loto du Patrimoine.

Originally it was a guest house built by a nobleman to welcome prestigious guests: perhaps Louise de Lorraine and Henri III, the Marquise de Sévigné AND... soon you!

Your suite is accessed through a tower and the spacious, bright and quiet floor is entirely dedicated to you.
You will have as a neighbour the famous Beurdin which gives the rhythm of the hours from the window of the belfry, from 7am to 10pm.
Your breakfast is made with home-made products.

In an old and pedestrian area, both quiet at night and animated by the passage of tourists during the day, you will stroll through the alleys, square and garden feeling disconnected and peaceful. In order to amplify this feeling of serenity, Isabelle offers you deep relaxation sessions.

Isabelle, your hostess, will give you a warm welcome and tell you about the rich history of the house: "Once upon a time".

Your hostess has a tourist background and will be able to guide you for your visits and leisure activities and the Tourist Office next to the house for any additional information.
If you feel like it, Isabelle can create a unique experience for you.

The house is a stone's throw from the parks and nature walks in the middle of our Charolais meadows.
Lovers of heritage, nature and water will enjoy this spa resort which also has a balneotherapy centre and a public swimming pool in the heart of nature.

Within the old town walls and as soon as you leave the belfry, you have shops, cafés and restaurants.
