The Moulin Chevalier de Messanges mill has lived several lives from its creation in 1256 right up until 1980. In 7 centuries, it has been through many transformations as milling techniques evolved. It invites you to discover the range of equipment that has been used there: From the XVIII century mill to cylinders from the 1950s. With four floors and 800m2 of exhibits, you will know all about flour manufacture.
