In the heart of the Burgundy wineyard, take a break in the well renowned Château of Chassagne-Montrachet. The Picard family, who owns the domaine since 1951, will open you the door to its cellars (which date back to the XI and XV centuries). You will have the opportunity to taste its wines. You will also be able to have lunch at its table d’hôtes and, why not, sleep in one of the château’s five rooms.
