In 1997, Manu Batista succeeded his father-in-law, Jacques Tupinier, taking over the 10 ha vineyard of the "Mercurey" appellation. Our wines are left to mature in oak barrels in 17th century cellars dug into the rocks. In 2003, the company BAUTISTA was created to complete the range of wines, and in 2008 the range was extended thanks to the purchase of grapes, for example: Santenay 1er Cru "les Gravières",

Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Champgains",

And Rully 1er Cru "Rabourcé"...
