In the heart of historical Burgundy, the ancient hospital of Marquis de Brancion, a manor dating back to the XIX Century and purchased in 1976 by Michel Champliaud, has now become the centre of a family run operation which comprises of 11ha spread over two Domaines : l’Échelette and Collonges. 4 Red Burgundy appellations, White Burgundy, Mâcon Cruzille and Crémant de Bourgogne are vinified on the Domaine by Michel and Guillaume Champliaud with techniques that are respectful of the soils and of the environment.
