Using grapes bought in and those produced on his 17 hectare holding, Olivier Leflaive puts his unique stamp on the wines he produces. As the custodian of a famous name, he is responsible for the fortunes of a great business devoted to the most magical of Bourgogne wines.
Wine tourism:
A four-star hotel close to the estate with 11 rooms and two suites is a perfect place to relax. Olivier invites you to partake of a simple meal paired with informal wine-tasting.
Ingrid, Tilak and Charles are in attendance to guide you through a medley of vintage wines to be shared and enjoyed in moderation!
Every morning, vineyard tours teach you about the local Terroir, the cultivation of vines, and the mysteries of the different appellations. You can even take as troll through the prestigious Grands Crus vineyards, weather permitting.
Then follow Olivier and Patrick Lefliave to their winery, where they will initiate you into the secrets of making our great Bourgogne wines.
