Established since 2003, Caroline Bellavoine, oenologist and owner-producer, is devoted to environmentally friendly winegrowing techniques (integrated pest management) and respect for the vines (low yields). She makes wine the traditional way, with natural yeasts, low sulphite use, and barrel ageing. Regularly mentioned in the Hachette Wine Guide particularly for her Maranges red, her wines are fine and concentrated.
