In the early 1950s, the Hudelot estate planted its first vines. During the 1960s, the estate expanded considerably, and today it covers 25 Ha in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits region. In order to safeguard our future as well as the quality of our products, our estate seeks to preserve the fine flavours and quality that have disappeared with the implementation of modern treatments. This is why we made the decision to convert to organic methods in 2000.
