For history and wine enthusiasts, no tour of Bourgogne would be complete without a visit to the Château de Meursault. Its magnificent 12th-, 14th- and 16th-century cellars contain some 800,000 bottles and more than 2,000 barrels.
The Château de Meursault estate owns 60 hectares of vineyards in the Côte de Beaune region, across prestigious AOC wines such as Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachat and, of course, Meursault.
The Château de Mersault offers tours, wine-tastings and activities for individuals, groups or corporate events (booking required).
