September 7th in Vézelay
With over 20 organic farmers and about 10 local craftsmen, it’s the ideal opportunity to get to know the local producers and hear their reasons for ‘going organic’. There is a wide range of certified produce for you to choose from- fruit and vegetables, dairy products, Burgundy wine, Champagne, cooked pork meats, poultry, cereals, bread and pastries, sorbets, plant based cordials, herbal teas and even lemonade !
Stop and enjoy a pleasant lunch with friends or family and enjoy the barrel organ music, all just a few yards from the famous basilica in Vézelay.

The “Bol d’Or” is a 24 hour motorbike race – a test of speed, machines and riders (competing in teams of 3).The winners need good race tactics, team spirit, excellent mental and physical preparation and mastery of both the technical and technological elements involved.
