SAINT-AMAND-EN-PUISAYE

For more than 600 years, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye has lived from its pottery business. Workshops and shops still operating enliven the streets of this city in the heart of the Nièvre countryside. Don't hesitate to go there at Easter for the ancient stoneware market. Evidence of its long history, Saint-Amand has a year-round exhibition of ancient stoneware in the Renaissance castle.
