Taking its name from a forest flower, the restaurant l’Aspérule is also blessed with its namesake’s delicacy and refinement. After having earned his stripes alongside Joël Robuchon and Marc Veyrat, Chef Keigo Kimura opened his very own restaurant in order to give full rein to his talents. Extraordinarily, less than a year after its creation l’Aspérule was awarded its first star in the Michelin Guide. This is an establishment that stands out thanks to its precise, modern and inspired cuisine.
In particular, here you can sample:
  • Croustillant of prawns, apricot and ginger marmalade;

  • Roast hake, seasonal vegetables, balsamic confit tomatoes;

  • Raspberries, white chocolate soup with basil and basil sand.

An intimate and Zen ambiance.

It is in a soothing and minimalist setting that you will settle down to eat. The dining room, with cream and chocolate tones, is limited to just 20 places. This was a deliberate choice by the chef in order to provide a personalised welcome and to ensure that his guests’ every need is attended to. This setting lends itself to small parties or to intimate tête-à-têtes.
