At the head of the kitchen of L’Amaryllis, chef Cédric Burtin works hard to offer elegant and creative recipes, which are always perfect. This restaurant in Saint-Rémy, which was awarded a star in the 2013 Michelin Guide, serves dishes that evolve as the seasons change.



This establishment’s menu is an invitation to enjoy good food and tastes, especially with:


  • fried saddle of hare with brown butter ;



  • roasted Victoria pineapple with different textures.





An exceptional meal in an old mill




Located in an old flour mill, L’Amaryllis is close to the Chalon-Sud motorway exit.



The restaurant dining room, or mill room, charm and authenticity thanks to the presence of the well-maintained mechanism of the mill. The establishment is decorated with lively colours and a stone wall, for a refined and warm setting. During the warmer months, the bright veranda provides a view of the small river running along the foot of the property.



Upon booking, it is possible to:


  • take a cookery lesson with the chef, who will teach you the basics of cooking ;



  • take a wine tasting session with the sommelier, who will invite you to taste wine and enjoy a nice meal to go with the vintages that you will sample.
